End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Loomi app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Loomi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Content Ownership

Our Content

All stories, narrations, music, artwork, and other content in the App ("Loomi Content") are owned by Loomi or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Loomi Content without our written permission.

Your Use

You may use Loomi Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes through the App. Downloaded content for offline use remains subject to this Agreement.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscription Plans

Loomi offers two auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly — $4.99 CAD per month
• Annual — $49.99 CAD per year

Both plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may vary by region based on App Store pricing.

A subscription unlocks access to the full Loomi story library. Certain stories are permanently free and accessible without a subscription ... no payment is ever required to enjoy the core app experience.

Auto-Renewal Terms

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same rate
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they process all payments. We do not have access to your payment information.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the App

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loomi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Children's Safety

Loomi is designed for children ages 0-6. We are committed to providing safe, age-appropriate content. All stories and affirmations are reviewed for child appropriateness. The App contains:

• No advertisements
• No in-app purchases accessible to children
• No external links
• No social features or user-generated content

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://loomi.kids/privacy. Please review it carefully.

12. Updates

We may update the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Loomi regarding the App.
